The rental price of our holiday home in Maastricht

The costs of our holiday home are € 300 per day (up to four people), with a minimum of 2 days. After that € 75 for each person/day.

For a period of more than seven days, the rental price from the seventh day is €50 per person per night.

If you would like to rent the holiday home for a longer period, please contact us and inquire about our offers. Adjusted rates apply for special events, such as André Rieu concerts and TEFAF.

Conditions
On the day of arrival you can enter the house from 5 pm; if it is free on the day of arrival, an earlier time can be agreed upon in consultation. The time of departure is in principle 12 noon, but a different time can also be agreed upon in consultation. The prices include the use of linen, towels, gas, water, electricity and basic necessities such as coffee (Nespresso), tea, detergent for the dishwasher, etc. The final cleaning costs are €120. The tourist tax is €2 per person per day. Please leave the house clean as much as possible. Please no children under 12 years old. Pets are not allowed. Please do not smoke inside.

When booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount; please pay the remainder 30 days before arrival. Cancellation up to 3 months before arrival is free of charge, 1-3 months: 30% rental amount, less than 1 month: 100%; if new tenants are found, cancellation is in all cases free of charge.
